Business Services Only
FurniOx services are intended for business customers. If you are an individual consumer, please note that custom-made furniture is exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c).
Custom Manufacturing
All furniture is manufactured to order based on customer specifications. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Custom-made products are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right according to EU consumer protection law.
Quote Process
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date. Acceptance of a quote constitutes a binding agreement. Production begins only after written confirmation and deposit payment.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FurniOx services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Description of Services
FurniOx provides custom furniture manufacturing services including kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and office furniture solutions across European markets.
Limitation of Liability
FurniOx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Modifications to Terms
FurniOx reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
